gotham only seems to exist in worlds like ours
that means there's a good chance we exist in their world
or someone similar
what if the leonard snart of their world killed their parents or something?
we've got to make sure everyone is on the same level here

I highly doubt any version of me would ever end up in Gotham for an extended period of time. It's a shithole, even by Jersey standards.
