What do you do when you have bad dreams? Is there anything that helps you not have them or to get them out of your head when you do?

I make myself go for a walk to get some air and a change of scenery. Depending on how bad the dream is when I come home I take a shower and start over as far as turning down goes like I never went to bed at all.

I've never tried that before. I guess that could help get it out of the mind maybe. Sometimes, I have a hard time making myself stop re-envisioning what happened.

Oh, yes! I just guess there are some adjustments when you get sent to hell by accident and then end up outside of hell again. Being awake here is very nice.

maybe not. I think I try not to make a big deal out of it. It was an accident that I ended up there but I deserved to be anyway.
