What do you do when you have bad dreams? Is there anything that helps you not have them or to get them out of your head when you do?

I don't know.

I do know that.

Sometimes I have bad dreams too.

Most people do even if they didn't do something wrong.

I dream about Sylar. You think you did something wrong? I mean, everyone makes mistakes but it sounds like you mean something else.

Sylar?

I do...I did something really bad.

He was a very bad man. He hurt me. He killed my bio-parents.

I'm sure it wasn't that bad.

That sounds horrible.

[ Gently avoids his own stuff! ]

It was. But now I'm supposed to believe he's one of the good guys.

How?

It's a long story. But basically, he stayed in his own head for the equivalent of five years.

I don't understand.

It's hard to explain. But, it was someone like me...who had powers. He was like a telepath. He trapped him in his own head and for Sylar that felt like 5 years.

Oh...

[ He doesn't really get it. ]

It's not that important, it wasn't five years for me. How can I just forgive him for everything he did to me and my family?

You don't have to until you're ready. No one should make you do it or feel like you have to.

What if I never can?

Could you? If someone...had done that?

I don't know. God wants us to forgive but...

I can understand that it's really hard.

It is. If he really is good now, fine. But that doesn't mean I have to like him.
