I do. There's a challenge in getting them right. Keeps things interesting behind the bar.

just maybe steer clear of the dumb names.
bar might have a pun for a name but that doesn't mean i need drinks called the hippopoto-mai-tai.

Pretty sure. It's no Hell's Kitchen but there's work to be done for the people here and I can't think of anyone better.
