this might be kinda middle-school, since the last time i did this i was 12, but my mom helped me make these red velvet pudding cups for this girl i had a crush on. there's like a bunch of different ways to do it. we did it with red velvet pudding, pound cake, and homemade strawberry whip. then we just layered it. but you could do it with whatever kinda cake or pudding she likes.
